GAL C-complex – 90 capsules

Contains high-dose vitamin C and plant extracts that aid its absorption and recycling, together with bioflavonoids. The red grape skin and seed extracts it contains also help the body's defenses, are strong antioxidants, and are beneficial for their effect on the heart, blood vessels and vision.

This product contains vitamin C in the form also found in nature, in a matrix of synergistic plant extracts. BioPerine®, a patented extract of black pepper, aids absorption. The citrus bioflavonoid complex and the extracts of the skin and seeds of red grapes contain natural active ingredients that frequently occur in foods rich in vitamin C, not by chance.

Recommended dosage: 2 x 1 capsule daily with meals. Best spread throughout the day, i.e. 1 capsule per meal, but both capsules can also be taken at once.

Shelf life: Cut open the pouch in the box with scissors along the notch visible on its edges, then close it carefully afterwards, so its contents remain edible for a quarter of a year.
